Effective August 6, 2026
RVAI Consulting LLC (“RVAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates rvaiconsulting.com. This policy describes the information processed through the public website, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
We may collect information you submit through the qualification form, including your name, work email, company, job title, industry, company size, expected users, use cases, required systems, data-sensitivity description, deployment preferences, current AI tools, timeline, budget range, consent, and additional information.
Do not submit passwords, access credentials, regulated records, or other sensitive data through the public contact form.
Technical and security information
The website and its hosting or security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, request metadata, timestamps, and security signals.
The inquiry form supports Cloudflare Turnstile. When enabled, Cloudflare processes information needed to determine whether a submission is automated or abusive. Turnstile handling is governed by Cloudflare’s applicable terms and privacy policy.
The project-inquiry database stores validated form fields and operational receipt, consent, retention, privacy-notice, and idempotency metadata. It does not store the Turnstile token, IP address, user agent, or raw request body.
How information is used
We may use information to:
- Review and respond to project inquiries;
- Evaluate potential assessments or consulting engagements;
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website;
- Prevent spam, fraud, and abuse;
- Maintain business and legal records; and
- Comply with applicable law.
Service providers and sharing
We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, security, form storage, delivery, scheduling, or business communications. Cloudflare hosts the website, provides abuse protection, and stores accepted project inquiries in a D1 database. The production form may also deliver inquiries through a configured webhook or email-delivery provider. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transaction.
RVAI does not sell information submitted through the public project-inquiry form.
Retention and security
Active project-inquiry records are assigned a default expiration 365 days after receipt and are deleted after expiration unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an engagement, legal obligation, dispute, or security purpose. After active deletion, limited copies may remain temporarily in Cloudflare’s backup or database-recovery systems for the provider’s then-current recovery window. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements, by using the website contact form.
External services and links
The site may link to or use third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. RVAI does not use third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking scripts on this website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or operating practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
