Frequently asked questions

Enterprise AI and implementation questions.

What does RVAi deliver?

RVAi installs a complete enterprise AI platform and provides dedicated operations support: on-premises or private-cloud infrastructure, corporate sign-on, employee and document permissions, company-data access, approved system integrations, secure internal chat, production agents, approval controls, audit logs, monitoring, backups, training, and ongoing software development.

Can an enterprise AI system perform at the level of leading proprietary models?

Yes—on defined enterprise workflows. RVAi deploys enterprise AI systems for research, analysis, coding, document work, and complex business workflows. Capability is established through client-specific benchmarking and production acceptance testing, and the shared platform can provide leading-model intelligence without requiring a separate model subscription for every employee.

How is model performance validated?

RVAi tests the deployed platform on the company’s actual work before launch. We validate reasoning quality, accuracy, response speed, concurrent usage, company-data access, and agent execution, then optimize the system until it meets the agreed production requirements.

Does company data leave the client’s environment?

In a fully private deployment, no external model API is required. Prompts, documents, retrieved information, outputs, and agent activity remain inside company-controlled infrastructure and are governed by the organization’s access controls. Any optional third-party service or external integration is identified and approved before use.

Can RVAi integrate with our existing systems?

Yes. Where approved and technically supported, RVAi connects the platform to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Slack, email, SQL databases, data warehouses, ERP and CRM platforms, internal file repositories, finance systems, operational platforms, and company APIs.

Are we locked into one model?

No. The intelligence layer can be upgraded without rebuilding the enterprise platform. Permissions, data connections, workflows, user interfaces, and agents remain in place while stronger private models are evaluated, compatibility-tested, and regression-tested before deployment.

What hardware is required?

RVAi specifies and deploys dedicated high-memory compute—on-premises or in a private cloud—sized for the users, workloads, response-time requirements, and agent activity. We specify, source, network, secure, configure, test, and deploy the complete system.

How long does implementation take?

Most complete enterprise deployments take approximately 12 to 20 weeks. That includes infrastructure installation, corporate sign-on, permissions, company-data connections, integrations, agent workflows, testing, training, and production launch.

What security controls are included?

The platform includes corporate SSO, role-based access, document-level permissions, network isolation, secrets management, audit logs, usage controls, approval gates, human escalation, monitoring, backups, and recovery controls, with final controls mapped to the approved scope.

Can the platform support autonomous agents?

Yes. Enterprise agents can monitor, research, analyze, prepare work, and execute approved workflows continuously. Every agent operates within defined permissions, approval limits, validation checks, and escalation rules, and every action is logged.

What happens when a better model becomes available?

RVAi upgrades the intelligence layer while preserving the rest of the platform. The company keeps its infrastructure, data connections, permissions, workflows, agents, and governance controls while gaining stronger AI capability after compatibility and regression testing.

How much does an enterprise assessment cost?

Contact RVAi for a quote. The initial consultation is complimentary, and assessment scope and pricing are confirmed after the first call based on the users, workflows, systems, security requirements, and planning work involved.

How much does enterprise implementation cost?

Enterprise AI implementations and dedicated operations are quoted after scoping. The written quote defines the deliverables, responsibilities, schedule, assumptions, acceptance criteria, support, and any separately priced hardware or third-party services before work begins.

Can I pay an invoice or deposit on the website?

Yes. After RVAi confirms the amount in writing, use the payment page to start Stripe Checkout for a quoted invoice, deposit, or retainer. Public pages do not list fixed service prices.
